Delphia, prominent among Columbus auctioneers is a lifelong Columbus
resident and has been active in the Auction Industry since 1987.
Paul is a member of the Ohio Auctioneer’s Association and
the Ohio Restaurant Association. Paul is a Graduate of OSU with
a B.A in Sociology. Paul learned the importance of customer service
and honest selling with 15 plus years working in several local rug
and carpeting retailing firms in Columbus. Paul obtained his Real
Estate Broker license is 1992 and Conducts his Real Estate Auctions
as the Broker and Auctioneer for Accord Property Solutions, LLC.
Paul developed a specialized auction business handling food and
beverage equipment 15 years ago and has handled more than One Hundred
restaurant closing auctions in central Ohio. If you are from Columbus
